The Bar
At Amazon, "raising the bar" is a key leadership principle that drives innovation and excellence. To support this ethos, The Bar was created as a platform for Amazon's creative teams worldwide to enhance their customer-centric work. This involves a rigorous evaluation of all work, including the good, the great, and the not-so-great, with the goal of improving our work. The Bar also fosters a culture of knowledge-sharing, enabling teams to exchange ideas and learn from new strategies and mental models from their global counterparts.
As part of this initiative, I worked with creative leads and other designers to developed a comprehensive branding system that includes icons, tenets, swag, and an internal website. We also hosted an award event to showcase all submissions to The Bar.
